Timothy Walker’s Munster’s House
My name is Pastor Timothy Walker, I am a pastor and a magician, and I produced this model as a gift, and as a way back into modeling. I came up in model railroading, so using the newer scenery supplies was a real treat. The only problem I had was using a foam based rock-work sticky backed product for railroad reproduction… and CA; having never used the former product, I did not know that CA glue will MELT foam products like my beautiful rock wall; thus the heavy foliage along the top edge. The lamppost was purchased in a set off of Ebay in HO scale, and the interior lighting of the house is a ‘candlelight’ light set meant to go in floral arrangements; they run off of AAA batteries, and can be found at most hobby shops. If you look closely, there is an etched cobweb in one of the windows on the cupola, and a working porchlight. The chimney was supposed to smoke, but due to faulty installation planning, it doesn’t work. I am beginning another Munster house, this one for myself. This one will work, and will have many more extra features, including lightning and sound…
