Sylvain Rivest’s Wolfman
As you can see made quite a few modifications to it. I made a new base, juset keeping the rats. The wall and stones were sculpted from balsa foam. The ground work is sculptamold.
The figurine itself was reworked extensively. The face was reshaped. I enlarged the lower jaw and lowered the upper lip using epoxy putty. The teeth were replaced with styrene rods (reshaped of course) and I added two patches of epoxy under both eyes in order to make them smaller and closer to the original makeup job .
I repositioned the arms , using styrene tubing to reconnect the shoulders and elbows and covered the arms and torso with epoxy putty , imitating the upper portion of long johns , buttons and all and including some wear and tear .
I bought the kit remembering what it looked like when I bought in the sixties , and also remembering how disappointed I was that it didn’t look anything like the box art. This time around I decided to try to improve on it ( and Ijust hope I did a good job of it).
