Wonderfest is less than two weeks away and we’re busy preparing for the show. As so many of you know, Wondefest is the biggest and best hobby show for spaceship and monster modelers. The contest is unparalleled for the number of entries and the quality of the work. The dealers room is devoted to a wide selection of kits including the newest releases, all sorts of aftermarket products, resin garage kits, and vintage rarities.

Nicholas Meyer appearence at Wonderfest

Wonderfest also features a variety of guests from the entertainment industry, including actors, directors, designers and FX artists. CultTVman will be sponsoring the appearance of Nicholas Meyer, the director of Star Trek 2 and 6, and author of several books featuring Sherlock Holmes. Other guests include our friends Marta Kristen from Lost in Space; John Eaves, production illustrator on many Star Trek productions; Rick Sternbach, who worked as a designer on various Trek projects and producer of Space Model Systems decals. Also attending will be Daren Dochterman, FX artist on the restored ST-TMP, and Kirk Thatcher, from ST Picard, and director of many Muppet projects. And many others!

But wait! There is so much more! Throughout the weekend there are workshops and demos to help you improve your model skills. There various presentations, movies, evening entertainment, and the Sunday Wrap Party with a Scripts Gone Wild performance.

Of course CultTVman’s Hobbyshop will be set up in the dealers room. When you enter the dealers room, look across the room for the CultTVman banner. You can’t miss us. We’ll have all the current releases, you old favorites, photoetch, paint masks, and many other detail parts. We’ll be showcasing the newest and upcoming releases from Doll & Hobby GA, including a new kit announcement. We’ll have some great deals on kits, and the big Star Trek poster promotion with Round 2.
