Wonderfest 2015: Revell Star Wars kits
Revell made an appearance at Wonderfest this year. Ed Sexton was representing the company and displaying some of the upcoming Star Wars kits. He was not able to share information about the new movie kits, but he confirmed that there are several kits in the works and to look for them this fall. More news to follow.
As was previously announced, Revell will be releasing some of the Fine Molds Star Wars kits in the US. The first kits will be the 1:72 Millennium Falcon, and the 1:48 scale X-Wing and TIE Fighter.
And a few other notable kits on display…
The large X-Wing from Revell Germany will finally be released in the US. It was originally announced some time ago, but production problems delayed it.
Revell will continue to distribute the Revell-Germany kits in the US as well.
The mini-snap kits are still in production
And a few other current and upcoming kits from Revell that tend to have crossover appeal with the Wonderfest attendees. Look for the Starsky and Hutch car later this year.
