Round 2 Updates! Strange New Worlds Enterprise and more

The Strange New Worlds Enterprise is coming by the end of 2024. Round 2 has it scheduled for December and released pricing information. We’re still waiting on box art and any other specifics. We’ve been taking preorders for this since it was first announced at Wonderfest in June 2022.

As always, there could be delays, but it is great to know this is finally coming! The photo above shows a test shot built up on display at Wonderfest in June 2024. The photo below from Wonderfest 2022 shows some of the differences and changes between the Enterprise from Discovery and what was depicted in Strange New Worlds.

We also have release information for the 1:350 Refit Enterprise!

The Refit Enterprise from Star Trek the Motion Picture is also expected to be available in December. We have pricing info and are taking preorders in the CultTVman Hobbyshop. This is expected to be the same kit in new packaging. The artwork above was preliminary and on display at Wonderfest. There may be changes to the final packaging.

Finally, we have word that the TIE Fighter Photoetch is coming very soon. It could be arriving in late September. This was promoted in the instructions for the 1:32 scale Studio Series kit, but not much has been heard about it since then. I don’t have images yet. Preorder now in the CultTVman Shop.

No updates on the USS Cerritos from Lower Decks, so this may be coming in early 2025. We’re also still waiting for updates on the Gerry Anderson UFO models and the new Star Wars kits promoted at Wonderfest. We will provide further updates when we have them.
