Round 2 Updates – Pirates and Trek again

Here’s a look at the next Jolly Roger pirate reissue, now called In The Pinch of Peril.   This should be out in late spring.   This was originally “Fate of the Mutineer” when it was put out by MPC in the 70’s

 

 

Round 2 has also posted pictures of the upcoming 1:1000 scale Oberth and Klingon Bird of Prey set, due later this spring.     See the Round 2 news page for more photos

A couple notes:

  • Both kits are new tooling
  • The Oberth is based on the ship being 120 meters, so the model will be close to 5 inches
  • The Bird of Prey is based on the estimated 110 meter size and 4.5 inches.
  • Bird of Prey will include two sets of wings – up and down.
  • images are prototypes and detail will be changed.
