Ron Gross’s Scratchbuilt Jupiter 2
Note the lighted control panels inside the ship, as well as the lighted upper dome in these overhead shots of the model.
These underside shots show the deployed landing gear. Notice the contrasting colors used on the landing gear. You can also see the LED lighting effect in the fusion core.
The model was painted with Testors Super Silver Metallic (No. 1807). Testors Chrome (No. 1290) was used for detailing like the landing gear tubes. The figures inside came from the old Aurora Invaders kit.
