Jim Crompton’s Spindrift

The “Land of the Giants” Spindrift is the Polar Lights reissue. I modified the model by eliminating the stripes on the aft section. I also heated and bent the plastic of the front sections of the top and bottom to make the stripes appear straighter. There is dim lighting in the interior and that glows through the engine sections. The raised areas on the intakes and the engines were painted using a flat black paint.
