Gino Dykstra’s Starfury

Okay, admittedly it’s taken me a LONG time to get to these kits (I’ve got ten in my stocks) but having recently purchased the entire Babylon 5 series on DVD and watching through them, I was struck again by the quality of the writing . . . and of course the starships were immensely cool.

This is actually the second Starfury I’ve done, the first being in the Omega squadron markings. I’ll get that one up here as soon as it comes back from loan. I wanted to do a couple of the more colorful ones to see how the weathering looked. As with others, I am disappointed with the fit, especially as I intend to build a LOT of these. Nonetheless, with a bit of elbow grease you can make it look good, I think.
