Drew Petitclerc’s Jupiter 2 frame part 2

I’ve completed the first model of the frame.  each of the 2 main decks have a clear plastic floor and it stands on its 3 landing gear or hangs from the special clip I created.

After I completed the model I realized I should have kept the levels separate so that I could add all the inner components, so I’m going to start a new build and take the time to fill in each deck and make a special clipping system to hold it all together, when the interior is done I plan to use a clear thin plastic sheeting to make the “Hull” from and fog paint portions silver allowing a see-through effect.

My CAD skills combined with my 3D printer allow me create models and more accurate parts for models, the ABS plastic I have comes in over 20 colors (+glow in the dark green) and it can be sanded and painted.
