Doug Cowles’s Galileo Shuttle

I just recently finished the Alliance Models, original series Galileo shuttle craft. I felt that it was far too narrow so I cut it down the center line and widened it about 1/4 inch! Because of this modification, I had to fill the front surface and make the foward view ports flush with the hull which I think is more appropriate than the deeply recessed ports that come as the model is molded. I also had to completely rebuild the stern section especially the rear grille area and I scratch built the main landing pads.
