Spray painted the entire model with flat black spray paint.  Walmart....  $0.99. Then I painted his gloves and boots with Tamiya Gloss Black to give it a leather look. And I did a little drybrushing on the ridged part of the cape. Then I painted the parts of the face with Tamiya Red with a 000 paint brush. Very tedious! I put on about 3 coats to each  section. Then the horns in Tamiya Flat Yellow. I painted the eyes white with yellow and red pupils. I painted the sand/base in Tamiya Desert Yellow. And I used that color to dry brush on the boots and bottom of his  cape for the used-feel look.
