Catching up here at CultTVman

Hope your new year is off to a good start.   2015 looks to be another good year for model builders with plenty of new and reissued genre kits for us to build.

I continue to post new submissions to the site, along with plenty of reposts.   I find it fun to revisit material that was first sent to the site 15 or more years ago.

We continue to expand around the web.   You’ll now find CultTVman on Facebook, Pinterest, Twitter, and now Flipboard.   If you have not added the Flipboard app to your phone, you are missing out on a lot of great content around the internet.   I encourage you to check it out!

Remember to check the CultTVman website, Hobbyshop, and Facebook pages on a regular basis so you don’t miss out on any great news and models.

I’ll be setting up at the ModelCon 2015 in Chattanooga on Feb 5-6.   I understand it is a pretty good show.  Hope to see you there!  Visit the Chattanooga Scale Modelers site for details.

I also hope to be setting up at the Atlanta IPMS show on March 21.   More details on that show on the IPMS Atlanta website

Wonderfest has announced several guests for the 2015 show.   Be sure to check their website and make your plans now.   There is still nothing that compares to Wonderfest.   It is the best show in the hobby!  I’ll be there!

New products continue to arrive in the CultTVman Hobbyshop.  We’ve just received Catwoman, the Quest Jet, and the 1:72 Viper Mk II kits from Moebius.  We have new issues of Amazing Figure Modeler, and Sci-Fi & Fantasy Modeller.      The next Star Wars kit from Bandai, the 1:12 Stormtrooper should be here in the next week, as well as the Deluxe Eagle from Round 2.   Plenty of other kits coming in the first half of 2015 from Moebius, Bandai, and Round 2.   And I am expecting more announcements and products to come soon.

We continue to offer Free Shipping on all US orders over $100.  International orders over $100 get a $10 discount.

I hope you find time to enjoy the hobby and build some kits.  I encourage you to send pictures of your builds, post them on Facebook and enter them in contests.   Get out to your local hobby shop.   Join your local IPMS and attend their shows.

This is a great hobby.  Make the most of it!

Steve
