Jim Small's Millennium Falcon
jsfalcon2t

The millennium Falcon seen in the pictures is not the large kit, but the five inch one that you get in the Rebel Base diorama. I ripped the side walls out and built new ones, recessing them and shortening them to bring the two halves of the body closer together. Then, to create the detailing in there, I painted the walls with liquid styrene cement and sprinkled on bits of plastic I had crunched up in a coffee grinder! Crude, but nonetheless effective! (My wife took back the coffee
grinder!)
