Sometimes I just need a distraction. We got this in the shop, and with my employee discount, I said, "Oh, what the heck.  I'll build a Batmobile!"  So, the next day, I had a finished Batmobile.   No decals.  No putty. No fancy tricks.   Testor's Classic Black on the body. Testor's Acryl flat finish airbrushed over that.  Dry brushed flat black on the chrome parts. Essentially dry brushed all the display dials.

Yup. Just whipped that baby together with reckless abandon.
