Darrin Buchholtz' TARDIS
dbuchtardis01x

The Tardis is a kit I put together back in 1986. It was a cardboard and balsa wood kit I bought from an American Doctor Who fan club. I pretty much sprayed the parts with a blue color (I think it was Testors) paint and assembled with Elmer's glue. The "decals" for Police Box and the small phone door were black and white printed on copy paper that had to be glued on. Years of moving around and dust collecting make it look a little more used in time travel. I have 3 Comet Miniatures kits for Doctor Who to do yet. A TV Dalek, Movie Dalek and 2nd Doctor kit. I'm hoping to be able to find the 4th Doctor (Tom Baker) kit someday....
