Of all the vehicles from Irwin Allen's great sci-fi shows from the 60's, the Spindrift from "Land Of The Giants" was always my favorite. I built the original Aurora kit in the 70's, but I was at the age when slapping the kit together as fast as I could so I could play with it was the goal. My patience and modeling skills have improved a bit since then. I used JTGraphics great accurate Spindrift decal set, purchased through CultTVman, to enhance the model. It comes with decals for the exterior and cockpit instruments and has many tips for accurizing the Spindrift, a must buy for any Spindrift fan. Now, if we can just persuade Polar Lights to do the Flying Sub from VTTBOTS, my Irwin Allen collection will be complete.
