Bill Paul's Ark from
When World's Collide

bpark1t

Here are some photos a model I did of the Ark from "When Worlds Collide".  I started out with a Revell V-2 and lengthen it  5/8" to get the right shape.

The wings and tail surfaces are plastic and the engines are sprue that turmed to shape using a drill and files.  The ramp is a  modified space shuttle pad.

It was a lot of fun and something you don't see everyday.
