Kirk Schermerhorn's Planet Express

The first picture is of my Skyhook Planet Express Kit. I intend to show my true insanity by attempting to light a resin kit.

The second photo is of the rocket nossle section that I have hollowed out and  drilled out already. Not a bad start, eh?

Finally some shots of the "Core Drilling" I have been doing to the Planet Express and the styrene I added to the back to accurize it a little.

Also sanded the base of the "nozzles" down to make it a little more accurate, had a little to much of a shoulder on it,  so i filed about half of it off. Just wish I could get a copy of the "futurama" comic book that came out so I could get more detailed views of it.

Here is a light test of the planet exspress, time to start thinking about painting.
